This doesn’t have to be complicated but there are features about the Fellow Stagg I like as not having to restart it every time its lifted off and I really like the colors they have also the Bonavita https://amzn.to/3WU9LCN is a good option for something a little more budget friendly, I have had 1 for about 8 years that is still working, one big difference between these 2 is the pouring speed, while you can get used to both I prefer the Stagg which is on slower end of kettles (17g per sec), the Bonavita is probably double to triple that and easier to pour more then you wish, also keep in mind you might find the Stagg annoyingly slow if your brewing Tea or just heating water, I have also a tried a cheaper brand (around $55) it worked but the functions just weren’t that great
