One of our favorite ways to brew coffee is the pour-over method. This method of brewing accentuates the intricate flavors of fresh roasted coffee.

You will need a coffee scale, timer, gooseneck kettle to heat and pour the water, and a pour-over dripper with filters. Use a medium to coarse grind on the coffee and follow this recipe: 25 grams of coffee for 350 gram cup, start timer, first pour 50 grams (double coffee weight) then at 30 seconds slowly add 75 grams of water distributing evenly in about 15 seconds, repeat at 1 minute, 1 minute 30 seconds, and 2 minutes, after final pour gently gently swirl pour-over basket 1 or twice to get a flat coffee bed after draw down.
