We found beautiful qualities in both the washed and naturally processed coffees from the same washing station. However, we came to the conclusion that the best possible cup was created when we tried blending the two processing methods.  Here, we have a crisp and clean washed coffee paired with a fruity and full bodied natural, both from the Betiberoti washing station.  Produced in the region of Sidama, it is a high-elevation lot grown at 1950-2500 masl. Heirloom varietal.
