Another great offering from Don Gerson, the owner of Finca San Rafael in Guatemala! This one’s special, thought- it’s a Gesha. Some think the Gesha variety is over-hyped, some think it’s a marketing scheme. We say- don’t judge until you try it! Don Gerson was also a skeptic, but once he tasted the Gesha, he was hooked! Driving 5 hours to visit his farm every week to take care of his new Gesha, friends teased him about visiting a “second wife.” This is a fresh crop coffee, coming from young 3-year old coffee plants, which lends to it’s liveliness. We’re stoked to be able to be able to offer this coffee, and are sure that you’ll be impressed!
