This direct trade coffee from Panama is from a combination of two farms in the Palmira region in Boquete, Panama. Both are small farms of less than 10 hectares each. The farms are owned by the Ruiz Family (Finca La Vanguardia) and the Saldaña Family (Finca Saldaña) Finca Saldaña and Finca La Vanguardia. This coffee has been anerobic processed which creates a complex, fruit-forward cup. This is a very special direct-trade coffee. We personally know the owner of the coffee farm and processing plant. Available in 12 oz and 8 oz and whole bean only.
