Do you like pour-over coffee like we do? Try it iced! It’s really refreshing! Any of our coffees will work well with this. Ethiopia or Costa Rica are especially suited well for this as is our Cold Brew blend. Here is a recipe that works well:
Weigh out 25 grams of coffee, grind slightly more fine then for a normal pour-over,
Put 100 grams of ice in brew cup, bloom grounds with 65 grams for 45 seconds, and then slowly pour to 300 grams, ice should completely melt.
It’s now ready to drink. Pour over ice.
