This maybe one of the murkiest topics when it comes to coffee, I aim to keep it simple and affordable, it seems like the place that people deem least important and is something that should not be overlooked, while you can spend much more then the Grinders I’m listing for a lot of coffee drinkers I believe they would start seeing diminishing returns fairly quickly, one thing I would point out is these are single does grinders, which I strongly recommend (you might have forget about the convenience of filling a hopper that last all week if you are looking for better coffee)

Fellow Ode: This has been the grinder I have used at home for about 5 years, it is solid and simple and ever since they came out with the gen2 burrs I really can’t complain about it, a few more setting would be nice for smaller steps in grind size for some coffees but I have a hand grinder that has finer adjustments if I need get that technical

Hand Grinders: The 2 I’m recommending here are not because I think they are the best but because I have one Timemore S3 https://amzn.to/47Uo8w6 and my brother has the Kingrinder K6 https://amzn.to/49if46w but because I think they work well for the price and also because they seem to perform somewhat in line with the Fellow Ode so when you take a coffee you think is great with you hopefully you can get similar results (here is a grinder cross over tool that does help but would say its just going to be 100% accurate because all grinders are going to produce different sizes of fines https://honestcoffeeguide.com/coffee-grind-size-chart/
